Day Of Coordination Service Package
Below we've outlined some of our services that are provided by Angelini Events.
Pre-Wedding Day Coordination:
- Unlimited email & phone contact
- List of all vendors, contact info & services
- Inspection and confirmation of venue layout, décor and setup
- Custom detailed timeline of your wedding day
- Meeting to review timeline, plan ceremony (including music, seating, processional, and recessional) – around 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding day
- Assist with coordinating wedding rehearsal
Wedding Day Coordination:
- 10 hours of coordination
- Ensure early arrival
- Meet & direct vendors throughout the day
- Direct the wedding party so they are in the right place at the right time throughout the day
- Direct the ceremony – lining up the wedding party, music with DJ, timing, etc.
- Assist you as needed throughout the wedding day
- Ensure the design of the venue appears as anticipated
- Manage buffet or sit-down meal
- Coordinate events and announcements throughout the reception. Giving heads up to parties involved to ensure organization
- Organize of the wedding party and guests for the Grand Entrance and Exit
- Collect gifts, toasting glasses, cake knife, guest book, unity candle, pictures, etc. & ensure they make it in the proper vehicle or on-site hotel room
- Point of contact for anyone with questions about setup, décor, and last minute items, so that you aren’t bothered. Problem solve before getting you involved, if needed.

After planning my wedding in 2014 & helping with a number of friends weddings, I discovered a love for event planning! I love details, spreadsheets, multi-tasking, scheduling, budgeting, organizing, planning, & directing. As a UW graduate in engineering, I am well suited for being an exceptionally organized & detailed wedding planner. I'm a great listener & take great pride in catering to others' wants & needs.
I will take the planning, stress and organization off of your hands so that you & your family can enjoy the process and your wedding day! I’ve helped in many different weddings with engagements from 10 weeks to 18 months, guest lists up to 400, & destination weddings. I'm located in Poulsbo, but willing to travel all over Washington!
